Terms and Conditions:
-Meals served may contain nuts, soy, milk, wheat/gluten, egg, seafood including fish and shellfish. All food allergy, intolerance or special dietary requirement must be advised prior to reservation.
-20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure spot. Full payment is to be made by 3rd day of meal delivery. We only accept cash, direct deposit or bank transfer for payment.
-The package reservation is only valid up to 16 weeks after the EDD. After which, it is deemed as void and cancelled.
-Strictly no refunds once full payment is done. 
-To commence catering, customer must notify us one day in advance, latest by 12pm to allow us to plan and arrange your delivery.
-To pause or postpone a meal, customer notify us one day in advance, latest by 12pm. The meal will be replaced. Last minute cancellations will have no meal replacements or refunds. 
-Breakfast and morning tea will be delivered 0630-0900; lunch, afternoon tea, supper and dinner will be delivered 1030-1300. 
-Service disruption on Chinese New Year Eve, first day of Chinese New Year, 27th September, 8th November and all Victorian Public Holidays except Good Friday and Holy Saturday. We will bring forward and extend the meal delivery.
-All meals (quantity and quality) to be checked at once upon delivery. Contact us immediately if there are any issues.

-$50 deposit for insulated bags. Any damage or misplace of bags will be charged from the deposit.
-Menu may vary without prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal nature and market fluctuation on the ingredients.
-Baby's Breath reserves the right to change, add, or delete any terms and conditions herein, without any prior notice.
